How to Use
- Install securely on a wall using the provided hardware.
- Sit or stand facing the pulley in a comfortable position.
- Hold the handles with both hands – one arm active, the other passive.
- Gently pull with the healthy arm to lift the recovering arm upward.
- Repeat 10–15 reps per session, 2–3 times daily or as advised by your physiotherapist.
- Gradually increase range of motion as recovery progresses.
Precautions
- Consult your physiotherapist before starting exercises.
- Ensure the wall mount is secure and properly installed.
- Avoid jerky or sudden movements.
- Stop immediately if you experience pain or discomfort.
- Keep out of reach of children.
