How to Use

Wrap the cuff snugly around the upper arm, about 2.5 cm above the elbow crease.

Place the stethoscope bell over the brachial artery, just below the cuff.

Inflate the cuff to about 180 mmHg using the bulb.

Release air slowly while listening for Korotkoff sounds.

Note the first sound (systolic pressure) and the last sound (diastolic pressure).
