How to Use
| Step | Instructions |

| 1. Installation | Securely mount the pulley to a wall using included hardware (wall plugs or screws). |
| 2. Positioning | Sit or stand comfortably, facing the mounted pulley system. |
| 3. Grip Handles | Hold both handles – use the healthy arm to assist the movement of the recovering arm. |
| 4. Exercise | Pull down gently with the active arm to raise the passive (injured) arm. Do 10–15 reps, 2–3 times/day. |
